Terms of Service

By using HeartGuard you agree to:

1. Only register endpoints you own or are authorized to monitor.
2. Not use the service to attack, overload, or probe systems you do not control.
3. Accept that monitoring data (status/timing) is provided as-is without warranty.

Paid tiers renew monthly via our merchant of record; refunds within 14 days if we failed to deliver the service. We may suspend monitors that abuse infrastructure or violate these terms.
