Refund Policy

Paid plans are billed monthly through our merchant of record and can be cancelled at any time; access continues until period end.

If HeartGuard fails to deliver the monitoring service (extended probe outage, missed alerts), contact support@heartguard.placeholder within 14 days of the charge for a full refund. Otherwise partial-month refunds are not offered: the free tier exists so you can evaluate before paying.
